Synchronize organizational activities as often as possible. Trust your teammates. Be empathetic to your people, their emotions range between anxiety and fear. Communicate directly, with as much honesty as circumstances permitting. Keep stakeholders informed. Invite them to participate and pay attention to their views. Start to think about what (your) post crisis future may look like.
