Conflicting work teams
Suck the oxygen out of most conflicts by getting back to practicing the fundamentals. Do not allow leadership vacuum in your area of supervision. Make sure every team member is highly focused on getting lots of work done very well, very fast. Remind everybody about the performance expectations. Apply expectations equally to all of your team members to avoid (the appearance of) discrimination. Reward those who are meeting your expectations instead of being involved in conflicts or following self-appointed leaders.
