Sharing employee experience
Employee advocacy programs are fantasy at best. Assume that people share in private what they truly experience instead of what the management wants them to say. Recognize that companies’ social media are not credible for contain only positive comments, praises for initiatives, and repetitions of what the bosses said. Work on how people are treated in everyday situations. Improve communication skills of the managers. Enforce fair people practices, provide safe work conditions, and avoid saying BS ever.
