Delivering tough message
Determine what your main point is. Formulate your message that the audience/person must take away from the conversation. Put the message to as few worlds as you can, avoid verbosity. Consider how the recipient of the bad news may react. Anticipate emotions, not only rationale questions and remarks. Be aware the feelings unexpressed that could have consequences (from glitch of motivation to sabotage). Take care of your and other's emotions as well.
