Getting suggestion
Some suggestions are but self-promotion. Ask if the proposing colleague for a business case check what interest is there for her/him, be it a bonus, honorary mention, bonus, or hoped-for promotion. Make sure all suggestions are analyzed for its benefits. Don’t get distracted by the novelty, even extremity, of any suggestions. always give matter of fact and timely feedback, even if negative. Reward lavishly those suggested something positively affecting the bottom line. Involve the suggesting colleague in the realization of her suggestion.
