Threatening the boss
Never make an idle threat to your boss. Don’t threaten your boss for anything like a pay raise, a promotion, or if such-and-such doesn't happen. How would you like it if your boss threatened (to fire) you when she wasn't satisfied with your work? If this is the case, brush up our CV and intensify your networking to find another job soon. It would leave her with a feeling of insecurity and she'll begin to look around for somebody to replace you. Once she gets in this mind-set, you're a goner.
