Giving feedback to manager
Ask your manager if you can help with a feedback; if so, what is the best place and time for her. Make it easy for your manager to receive your message. Before you get to the subject, confirm it is your sole intention to help and make your working relationship even better. Remind her that you only feedback what you have experienced. Remember to give feedback in person only, and always one-to-one, never in public. Be professional by thanking her time and attention at the end. Don’t expect your message go through first time. Repeat the feedback (if your dare).
