Asking tough questions
Don’t ask the kind of questions that your boss feels you could have figured out the answer by yourself. Avoid putting questions in a way that disrupts your colleagues' workflow. Understand the meaning when they say „you are asking a lot of questions" (you are irritating). Don’t ask rhetorical questions instead of making statements. Remember, "rock the boat" questions could result ostracism. Ask what are relevant and appropriate to the functioning of your workplace. Do some introspection before approaching someone at work. Use flattering questions a lot to be considered as great team player and easy to work with.
