Retaliating

Forget the legal way despite the internet is full of advising so (for business). There is hardly any chance to be able to prove retaliation, however, a lawyer will cost you immediately. Ask the person, who seems retaliating whether there is any connection with your previous deeds. Don’t be submissive, let him know that you consider he is retaliating. Seek advice of a worker’s representative, figure out if its only you who is being retaliated. Avoid involving HR for she will not intervene, especially not by taking your side. Assume moving on to another company, in case of severe or repeated retaliation. The energy needed to stop it better be spent somewhere else.
