Being exploited at work
Be it piling on without paying up, left in the dark, or not respecting your time off, modern slavery can take many forms. Expressed or implied demands for sexual favors in exchange for some benefit is a category by itself. Demand a detailed job description, signed by your employer and yourself. Do not carry out duties that are unrelated to the organization (i.e. organizing the wedding of your boss's daughter, and alike). Work overtime only if it is fairly recorded and compensated thereafter. Take credit for your work assertively. Refuse fulfilling unreasonable or unrealistic demands, especially sexual ones. Set your boundaries. Analyze whether you are susceptible to being a victim, if so what could be the root cause of that. Do not blame yourself, but conduct a stealth job search instead.
