Making complaint
Make your complaints effective by knowing what you want to achieve. State clearly the desired outcome to the person to whom you are complaining. Exert pressure by threatening to damage the company’s reputation, but put it gently. Chill out before you do anything, don’t get mad. Listen carefully the response and consider your options. Remain assertive at all times. Follow the grievance procedure of your company as much as it is advantageous for you.
