Making business proposal
Don't start listing the advantages for the company when making a business proposal. Instead, map the opponents to the initiative, as the first step. Second, take into account your supporters and figure out how to keep them backing you under pressure. Let your boss learn about your planned move. Show what is in it for her. Prepare for the questions she will likely receive regarding the proposal: why haven't you done this before? what other opportunities are there? (why was this not thought of at HQ?)
