Being undervalued
Chill out before you communicate to your boss. Think critically and objectively about the situations and instances you supposed to be undervalued, collect the facts. set aside your negative feelings as much as you can and focus on solving the problem in a constructive manner. Try to have a one-on-one with your boss. Semi-private situations, such as traveling together, attending on a professional fair, company football tournaments, etc. are the best opportunities to get your message through. Never ever initiate conversation with your boss in front of coworkers or by surprise. Avoid accusing even indirectly your boss or anyone else you work with of slighting or mistreating you.
