Managing time
Lessen the anxiety of having too many responsibilities. Set time boundaries for your daily work. Don’t add a new task to your list until one is finished. Select goals to which you spend less or no energy. Let some of your goals temporarily lapse. Focus on one big project at a time. Keep a „done” list, feel good about what you’ve already done. Stop being driven how it feels here and now. Resist the urge to change your experience and influence the people around you. Pay attention to every moment, however mundane. Appreciate others’ effort to make better choices with their brief amount of time (life).
