Conflicting coworker
Hide your conflict from the management, especially from your boss. Never involve a customer or supplier, don’t post on social media about it. Avoid frontal attack as much as possible, move around the problem. Find the Achilles spot of the conflicting person and target that. Ask your network of supporters to help. Do your utmost resolving, instead of aggravating, any and all work conflict. Invest your energy in gaining a few allies instead of winning over several adversaries.
