Cease feeling bad about feeling bad. Recognize that listening to your feelings helps, acting on your feelings rarely does. View your emotions simply as emotions, not as truths. Label each of your emotions. State for yourself what you’d like to be feeling instead. Don’t dwell on any difficult feeling for that will only enhance that feeling. Understand when it’s productive to express your unfiltered emotions. Take into account the emotional burdens your colleagues may carry (semetimes because of you).
