Feeling unconfortable at work
Don’t go into the workplace with a mindset that you are an outsider. Overcome those negative thoughts telling you are not good enough. Take credit for your work, speak up when someone steals it. Break those boundaries that constrict you. Invite a colleague to lunch, but share the cost of the meal equally. Be a frequent canteen-goer to socialize with people. Be friendly to colleagues, despite you aren’t friends. Cut loose and show off your personality. Feel more comfortable at work by making allies. Find your people, there are always a couple of nice guys, even your boss could be one.
