Making peace
Master tolerating people despite they are the number one stressor in the workplace. Don’t allow yourself to be provoked. Resist the temptation to treat them the way that they treat you. Don’t let your emotions to be controlled by someone’s toxic behavior. Focus on what you can influence and change: your inner response. Never stir the pot when there is tension in the air (as usual). Maintain the “the equilibrium of forces” for that's the ultimate peacekeeper.
