Enjoying break
Understand that a break at work is not personal time. Be aware that others are relentlessly watching how you behave. Use the breaks for bonding to your colleagues (even if you’ve had enough of them momentarily). Avoid letting the steam off over water-cooler or in the kitchen. Postpone private calls after work. Don’t spend your precious moments on checking your phone. Use relaxation techniques, such as breathing and meditation. Never ever work during your break time.
